Which entry level sub?

I'm helping a friend with a new subwoofer, and I'd like to just a little better than Polk's entry level, but not spending a lot more.

These are the two I've found so far. I don't have the time to build a sub this time, and PE is offering free shipping, so which one would you get?

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

It will be mated with some RT5's, RT3's, and hopefully a CS250.

I have liked the Dayton 10" models of the past , so I would go that way. Alot of 12" sub for the money.It is even less $$$.

If its in the $200 and below range - the Dayton 10'' or 12'' sub will be your best bet. Those MTX and Audio Source subs are one note players.

Also - something to keep your eye on would be Onix/Av123's new "X" sub. It should be released here within the following week or so.

Waited until this morning to order the sub, since it was out of stock anyway. When I went to order it, the price had jumped back up to $150+shipping. Even at that price, it is still probably a bargain.
