    Just caught the local news on KTVI channel 2 here in Saint Louis and it looks like a modified bill passed today. I caught part of it but any audio system that is audible within 75' can have the driver ticketed. I didn't hear anything about impounding vehicles like what was in the original bill but they did say this modified bill was in response to how some new vehicles are equipped.

    Now that is a resaonable law. Glad to see common sense won out. Boy I bet those home audio people are pissed.
