Default Where do you put your CS2?

This thing is fairly wide at almost 22 inches. Where do you put it? I had been thinking to put it below the TV, but I haven't been able to find a reasonably price stand that will accommodate something so wide. Maybe of even more concern is the height it would be in the 'angled up' position.

Circuit City and Crutchfield have a little shelf type thing for about $35. Would that work or would I need and actual shelf?

Just curious what everyone else was doing.

I put mine on the shelf just below my TV, pretty centered in my room. Probably a little below the level it should be but no ill affects, seems to do pretty good job...

You are right though, it is pretty wide unit...

It's not exactly a lush looking configuration, but I bought one of the chrome bakers' racks from costco. They are 3 shelf commercial units that hold ridiculous amount of weight. They are roughly 40" high at the top and you can slide the shelves up and down on the supports to arrange them as you wish.

I've got the TV (Sony 42A10) on the top shelf with my receiver and CSi3 on the center shelf. The CSi3 is off center but tilting it fixes the image enough until I hang it under the top shelf all nice and lined up. Neat thing with the wire shelving is you can simply suspend things under it.

One thing for sure, it is fantastic to be able to simply roll the cart out from the wall to work on connections in back. Even if I change this out for a furniture type of cabinet, I'll build it with heavy casters on it.

I just use a speaker stand as my center channel stand:

I guess using a front projection screen gives me a bit more space to put stuff :)
