    Default Carpet spikes

    Do you use them?
    I'm wondering if I should use them.
    I guess the only raise the speakers 1/2 off the floor.
    Any advice would be helpful.

    i use spikes on my home made sub.
    never used it without so i dont know the diferance

    whan i put my missions on stands compared to the floor there is adefinate difference (i even put my chin to the floor so that i was at the same hight.

    I like how spiking tightens bass, I take it a step further and put clay tile on the carpet, then the spiked speaker on the tile.
