    Default New speaker cables needed?

    A friend of mine had a system setup with speakers that were bi-wireable. He got new speakers that are not bi-wireable, but is using the bi-wired speaker cables. He has both ends hooked up to each binding post via banana and bare wire. Is this OK? Would there be any sonic improvement or other reason for him to use a non-biwireable cable?

    Not a problem at all. I would still get some non bi-wire cables though just because i am anal like that and would want everything to look nice :)
