The 55's smoke the 35 in overall sound quality.This is the best passive speaker in my opnion in the rt line.It hits hard and yeat is very musical.Cleaner then the rt800's tighter then the rt800s and deeper then the rt35's.
But for some placements they might be the wrong choice of speaker.
