I heard it from a comedian named Doug Stanhope. Its on his CD called Something to Take the Edge Off, track 18- End The Hate.

See Doug offended his little person friend Kenny by calling him a midget...then Kenny perceives to enlighten Doug that calling a little person a midget is like calling a african american the "N" word. The Doug went on his end the hate rant. Quite funny, and a great comedian, he very crude but damn funny.
