Polk Audio being sold......????

I just read a post on another forum about rumors of Polk Audio being sold....

That's bad enough in and of itself....but the buyer is supposedly.....BOSE The rumor says it's about how Polk's market positioning in the large speaker category blends well with where Bose wants to take their company. Bose also wants to incorporate Polk's superior XM technology and other key features into the Wave radio. The kicker is supposedly the Surroundbar. Bose really wants that.

Mark my words....if this is true....April 1, 2006 marks the beginning of the end of a truly great company. :(
