    Exclamation Mexican Adventure

If you are ready for the adventure of a lifetime, TRY THIS:

Enter Mexico illegally. Never mind immigration quotas, visas, international law, or any of that nonsense.

Once there, demand that the local government provide free medical care for you and your entire family. Demand bilingual nurses and doctors.

Demand free bilingual local government forms, bulletins, etc.

Keep your American identity strong. Fly Old Glory from your rooftop, or proudly display it in your front window or on your car bumper.

Speak only English at home and in public and insist that your children do likewise.

Demand classes on American culture in the Mexican school system.

Demand a local Mexican driver license. This will afford other legal rights and will go far to legitimize your unauthorized, illegal, presence in Mexico.

Drive around with no liability insurance and ignore local traffic laws.

Insist that local Mexican law enforcement teach English to all its officers.

Good luck! You'll be demanding for the rest of time, because it will never happen. It will not happen in Mexico or any other country in the world except right here in the United States, Land of the naive, stupid and idiotic politically correct politicians.
    'Political Correctness'.........defined

"A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

I do not see it as a political correctness issue. I see it as an economic issue. The US is not unique in accommodating immigrants (legitimate or otherwise) who are willing to work for very low wages. The so-called "cheap labor" that these people provide is only cheap to the unscrupulous employers who use them. The other high social and economic costs associated with such workers are shifted to the taxpayers.

Want to see immigration laws enforced? Get the folks coming across the border to come over here and demand market wages.

It's certainly frustrating, but I do not expect the more influential members of our society to give up their $50/week housekeepers, gardeners, nannies, etc. anytime soon.

Lest anyone think we are engaging in "political" discourse, we are not. We are just making social commentary and extrapolation.:)
