    Default New a/v cabinet...

Well ladies and gentlemen, I finally finished the new a/v cabinet for my room downstairs. Hoping to update my system showcase very soon. Have a look at the new cabinet and tell me what you think. I know, it looks alot like the old cabinet I built but this one is smaller. I also sprayed this one with clear finish instead of a satin finish. I like the final results much better.

Looks very nice. Is it all wood? Or veneer on MDF? How did you get the wood grain to show through the paint if you sprayed it?

It is solid 3/4" white oak. I first stained it with ebony stain and then I sprayed the clear coat.

Real nice! Nothing like a custom cabinet to make sure everything fits.

Well done. How long did it take ya to accomplish this masterpiece? You could probably sell it for a lot of money, looks flawless from the pics!
