    Default Can't control XRt12

    Hello fellow techies!
    I've installed a couple of whole house audio systems utilizing Russound products such as the CA6.4 and Abus with the XRt12 as one of the sources. Why is it that these systems will not properly pass the XRt12 I.R. codes to the receiver? The I.R. confirmation LED's flash on the keypads, but the tuner does not respond.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
