what's your source for news?
what's your source for news?
I listen to all news sources and then attempt to cut thru the crap using common sense and good judgement! I really did wish that reporters just reported the news with no slant left or right and allow the public to judge for itself!
Newspapers and online -- forget the TV.
Radio, TV, Online, Print Media. I try to listen to/read a variety of sources and weigh the "facts."

Im driving around all day so Im always listening to talk radio from our raunchy morning radio show, to the local shows to Neal Boortz and Rush Limbaugh. After 8 hours of that, when I get home Im either on the computer, playing video games or watching Star Trek re-runs.

That in 10 yrs or so... newspaper may not exist as they do now. Newspapers will only be available online. Which makes sense. saves on tons and tons of paper and ink being wasted every day.
More people are getting their news online.. it might still be from your local TV station, but it's at YOUR convience.. not the nightly 5pm newscast anymore. It's called On Demand. Or another thing taking off is Podcasting.. where you download to your IPod, only those news stories YOU are interested in.
It's killing TV stations around the country.. becasue we consumers no longer HAVE to watch commericals.. we can choose to only view news that's of interest to each and every one of us.
I found it fascinating.. that i'll probably be out of a job as I know it today.. in about 3 to 5 yrs.
thanks for participating in the poll. It's helpful, knowing how intelligent news consumers like yourselves are keeping informed of what's of interest to you.

Laura Ingraham, Tammy Bruce, Glenn Beck, Jerry Doyle, Michael Savage,
Fox News and the ever popular Phil Hendrie.
Whats in your brain?
Both. More online than TV though.Originally Posted by danger boy

you can add print (NYT USAtoday) and online to mine as well.
I didn't see that it was a multiple choice poll.
Chicago Public Radio (NPR) during my 20 minute drive to work in the morning, then at work I'll check out foxnews.com or msnbc.com for my national/world news, followed by reading the two local papers online (Chicago Sun Times & Chicago Tribune). I only buy a newspaper once a week or so, typically on the weekends.

That ex-prosecutor lady on there drives me nuts. Overdramatic is not a strong enough word for the way she comes across.

I like the fact that if I find a story interesting I can choose if I want to investigate it or not. TV just shoves it all down your throat with some added drama whether you care or not.
