    From what I saw and have since researched, the car was a "continuation series" CSX4000 car with a Kirkham aluminum body made in a Polland. The frame was either made in the '90's in CA or made since then in South Africa at the Superformance plant. Either way it was a good find but it will never bring more than $150K since it's not vintage.

    I watched a show on something similar they were working on that had so many different uses. Military use of something like this came down to a guy could have several times his weight in gear but run with it like he had nothing at all. Medically they felt it could one day end up allowing parapalegic people to walk and assist the elderly with walking. In the industrial sector it was a precursor to the robot suits of Alien fame that would allow people to carry/move more and heavier products in a warehouse. The thought of being able to strap on a robot suit and move things makes working in a warehouse a lot cooler . . . .
