I was a bit doubtful about the jawhorse cause of the price. I took two weeks contemplating the purchase and then decided that since I do so much work alone, it would probably be useful.

After having the jawhorse for about 4 months, I feel it's worth every penny. I use it all the time. I even bought the extended jaw for holding full sheets of plywood for this project. If your a true DIY'er, (or even if you only have occasional help) it will help immensely on the house projects.

I like a man who can build rafters instead of a flat roof. That there takes gray matter..Try a bastard hip roof...Mine was a fun challenge.

And by the way, where are the PLANS? I don't see any. You arn't ,are you. A real man?....no plans or instructions needed.

Since I am building this all myself, I didn't want to deal with truss construction. Rafters are more forgiving and far easier to put in with one person. I considered putting on a hip roof (to match the house). Then decided that I would just confuse myself with all the angles. The salt box roof is supposed to be pretty good for high winds and the look grew on me.

No real plans. The construction manager who built this house showed me how to figure the roof pitch and proper angles for everything. Plus a plan set wouldn't have included the things I wanted in the shed.

The right door opening (on the long wall) is having a 40" sliding door installed there. The left door opening (same wall) is going to open to a 2' deep wall where I'll install a Rubbermaid Fast Track System. Easy Access to all tools that can hang without having to get into the shed every time.

Building with plans might have been faster, as I find myself contemplating the best way to do things to get the desired result. Also, decided to build with screws instead of nails. That way something can be easily disassembled when I screw up, of forgot to take something into account.

    That's awsome scott!!

When I built one of mine, I made the door opening 48" to accomodate a riding mower. My door is still swinging 20 years later. Your shed is looking awsome!! And the use of screws....WHEW, that's alot more work!!

    Props to you..

Default ....Christmas episode ( of the Feline type ).

....had to leave a feral cat that I befriended for Christmas. In preparation I conjured up the following.

    ....Puss luvs her new digs.

For the CAT that has "nothing" !!!.... as well as the most pampered domesticated cat;... with a dream to get back to her "ROOTS"

.....the HUNTER deluxe - insulated CAT blind.

...LIMITED addition - HAND "mudded" and "slimed" CAT BLIND - to depict actual environmental camouflage. Perfect home for the "WANT" to be Feline hunter.

    ...use your imagination....for further description.

...My "PUSS" luvs it!!!! ....as you can tell from "REAL" digital pictures. No actors were used in the making of ......??????

Great pics! Really liked the night time pics and the last one My fiance loves photography. She's been a model for years but is gonna be on the other side of the camera eventually. I just bought her a hard drive last year for her pics and already have to buy her a new one She takes the camera every where she goes lol.
