No matter how lost you are.......music can bring you home. (there are a few exceptions, however)

Only took my entire week off (okay, not completely), but my garage is finally clean again!

I aspire to have a garage that clean one day, exalted!
I just hope I can keep it that way for a while!

The track stuff is hopefully getting painted (or at least started) this month.

You can never have too many tires...haha
There are guys with much bigger balls than me going around the track...haha. I want to start racing, but it's just too expensive. I'd be in the top 15 or so in the novice group (there's just novice and expert) and I'm sure by the end of the year I'd be top 10, maybe top 5...but I can barely afford track days as it is...and I dont even pay for them! I work there, so I get track day credits. It's all the other expenses that eat me up...and I'm on a strict budget as it is. This is my first year really getting into it though, so a lot of it is first time expenses that you really wont incur again.

^ Just gonna hang it up and not play it?That being one of the originals.....ya could have bought a LTD version and saved a pile of cash. Just saying.....

I did save a pile of cash. I got it for less than you could ever imagine. I would tell you but you would think I am lying. I don't even play. If something is to good to pass up I buy it even if I don't need it. I will put this with my No Life Till Leather demo tape I picked up many years ago when I was still a Metallica fan.

Here is where I posted and asked about the guitar. It's not in the best condition but with a little tlc it could be. More pics there for ya as well. It may be worth more once fixed up. No case or coa does not help but figured if something was not correct these guys over at the ESP forum would let me know. Just scroll down about 3/4 of the way and you will see my posts.

I see now. Still a very nice guitar. You should find a good guitar tech. And have them strip the hardware and do a cut and buff on the paint. Would look new again. But again, buying that guitar and not playing it. That's kinda like buying a Corvette and never getting it out of the garage. Where do you live?
--Gary--
Richmond Va. is where I live. As far as the Corvette analogy goes, been there and done that. I buy anything if it's a good deal and I can make a few bucks. I do that with tons of audio gear as well. I picked up some Boulder gear not long ago and got to try it out. Really nice gear but it was just passing though like this guitar. Just waiting on a power supply to come in from Martin Logan then I will be trying out some Ml Clarity speakers. If I like the stuff personally I do buy it to keep but with as much stuff as I go through, it has to be very rare or I have to like it alot. My wife hates it as I have gear stacked all along the wall in the media room. I will get rid of it one day, lol.

Must be nice! I envy ya.

Think different. LOL.
Actually, I think the monitor is the computer so it's not like he needed a cart to carry it in.
