The ashes of Sean Misner, one of the 19 firefighters who died last week in Arizona, were being transported by his wife back to their hometown on Tuesday. She was in his truck and is pregnant with their unborn child.

On every overpass for nearly 500 miles there was a tribute similar to this.

You are both welcome, gentlemen. I choked up when I showed my wife the picture and explained the significance and reality of it. How could you not?

I thought it was one of the Fostex "bullet" horn tweeters at first - the one in post #7241 looks like a pretty nice driver (as are the Fostexes, I might add...)

Does the "coaxial" in this case mean there is more than one voice coil in there?

Here's one of the little Fostex horns to which I referred, FWIW :-) I have used a pair of these as supertweeters with HF-challenged full-range and/or (more traditionally configured) coaxial drivers; they're currently on loan to a buddy in MA adding some "sparkle" to the top-end of a pair of Bozak B302 "Urban" loudspeakers.

No, but .... yes, if I redirect some of the resources here at the Institute, ..... yes, it's achievable ! Not to mention very practical and .... awesome.

Meanwhile, I'm having to deal with the newest thug in the clan. He's making out like he's sleeping but I know he's just trying to pull a fast one. Does it every time I start telling him a story. Yeah, I got your number, Bub.
