    Me back in 2002 when I was still losing weight and building strength. This is me squatting a little over 600lbs weighing in at about 240 (8x45 and 2x100 pound plates). I do have a weight belt on but it's under my shirt. I still had a pretty large gut back then as you can see as I am pushing the weight back up in the second pic. I used the smith machine to help build up my squat so that way I did not injure myself. As you can see when I train I go all the way down into the hole. Doing 600 on the smith machine is easy compared to free. When I did 600 free and into the hole I almost crapped myself coming back up,lol.

    Here is a pic I took of my son with my new camera over the weekend. I then modified it in photoshop to be black and white with just his eyes retaining their color....
