Yeah, I think he's starting with "$daddio$" and should finish up with "zzpolk" sometime next February:D
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Best temporary solution is to report the spammer/scammers directly to their ISP, and have them shut down. It's temporary because they will find another ISP and the game starts all over.

Also keep in mind that the PM may be because someone expressed interest in purchasing. What happens now is that the spammer goes to one of several online forums for spammers and sells/trades the information that they were able to sell via these forums to other spammers, and the floodgates open a little wider.

Don't the forum admins have a feature they can enable that would require a new user's first say 5 new threads be approved before submitted and posted on the site?

    EXCELLENT idea.

A little more work for somebody, but it wouldn't take a lot of time or a rocket scientist to figure out that:

we are legit seller we sell and we deliver there product to them so dont spol our company name, if you are not buying from us you just dont give a bad comment on us, because we never give a bad commnet on any company. ok

    ...might bear a little watching.

I hope I didn't spol anybody on here who's legit.
