    Default How would a RT55i sound as a center with my setup?

    I have a pair of RT2000p, and a pair of F/X500i. I can get a pair of rt55i for very cheap I have been looking for a center how would a rt55i compair to the center's that polk sells?

    I would think that the CS400i would best the RT55i for use as a center speaker.

    IMO a 55i would work just fine. Not much diff in the 400i? Tweeter in the middle? Shouldn't make a hole lot of diff? But hey, if you are real picky, maybe so? The 55 may be a little larger, so if it doesn't fit, you must acquit?

    That's the thing, do you really want the tweeter offset for your center speaker?

    Tell me where you're getting it, cause I've been looking for a good deal on 55i's for some time. Cheapest i've seen has been 329

    Default Wow I missed out

    I was in the caribbean this past week so I missed out on that deal. 150 bucks for a pair of 55i's, I really wish I had been here to take advantage of that. If anyone has any deals even close to that much that they know of, please let me know.
