I've had a PSW50 for a long time, and it has worked great. Recently, it started making a strange buzzing sound, sorta like the music is piped through a child's gazoo or something.
Is there any hope I can repair it, or should I start over?

I called customer support, and though the driver is still available, it seems that a new PSW10 is only about twice the cost of the PSW50 replacement driver.
Since I couldn't be sure if my problem was 100% driver or some part driver and some part sub-amp, or cross-over, I simply went down to my big-box audio store and got the PSW10.
It sounds way better than my PSW50 did. Either the PSW50 had been slowly failing for a long time (like years), or the 10" driver really sounds that much better than an 8" driver.
Either way, I'm happy now, and the music sounds great once again!
