sub-woofer hook-up

Need some help. We had someone install a new tv and servicman unhooked all my speaker hookups and am now trying to recreate how system had been set-up as far as sound. Have the Polk satellite speakers RM 3000 and a non-powered sub-woofer (RM 1000W). Have satellite speakers hooked up to receiver's left and right speaker terminals. Trying to remember how to hook up subwoofer. On back of subwoofer I see a 2 terminal left and right speaker wire terminals....also see a blue banana peel port as well. How should the sub-woofer be connected to the receiver; I presume the speaker wires connected to sub-woofer connect to receiver speaker terminals but which set (have A front and B front, center (2 pair) and rear speaker terminal hookups on back of receiver (banana peel). Can anyone help?

With the passive sub? I wouls say run your right and left to the sub and out from there to the speakers.
