    2ft sounds good to me. I'd add that you would also want this +/- 2ft arc to have the tweeters as close to ear level as possible (seated at your sweet spot).

    You know I will just have to write the damn book.Then you guys can just use it as a be all end all of no arguing any of my points which they are all facts and not opnions....

    Yeah, within 2 feet should be okay. Beyond that you will need to adjust the delay. I'll assume you will point them toward your seating spot.
