Cheap 5.1 set of speakers? Satellites

So my neighbor is looking to get a 5.1 setup started and wants to spend as little as possible...he's basically in the 200 or so dollar price range. I would recommend the AV123 Tykes, but they were discontinued ages ago.

Any decent cheap satellite systems out there you guys would recommend?

If it comes with the sub thats a big plus for him.


Any help would be appreciated, I've been out of the audio game for a while.

Well I bought a PWS-10 powered sub, a pair of R15's and a pair of R150's for around $200.00 on E-Bay brand new. So it would be a good place to start.
