I have searched thru the forums looking for any info on what in-ceiling speakers I should use as surrounds to match my other Polks. My current setup consists of R30's as fronts, CSi30 front center, CSi20 as rear center and R15's as rear surrounds, old cube system sub soon to be replaced with SVS sub.
After construction to my home theatre viewing area I was unable to locate my rear stuff properly due to the couch being a corner unit against the rear and side walls, in the corner. I currently have the R15's situated in bookshelves behind the couch, and I have not connected the rear center.
I will not be moving the furniture because I built a wall to contain my 55" Panasonic and my equipment rack, with the couch being located on the opposite wall. It is not a large room, and I now am thinking about throwing some in-ceilings for my back surrounds. I have access above the ceiling and can build around the backsides of the speakers in the attic if necessary. I will probably hook up the rear center in the middle point of the couch, behind it in a built-in bookshelf.
I have looked around trying to find the matching in-ceiling Polks for my system, but I have not had any success. I would appreciate anyone who could point me to the set that would mate up with my current system.
