How would I know if first, he actually did for some reason signed up and joined maybe from his work, or two, if he just got an e-mail saying hw won, was actually dumb enough to pay the fee. Believe it or not, there are people stupid enough to pay this fee.

watch out they are all over the place, first they want you to pay a fee, then they want your bank account info so they can drain it. I've won one from the U.K., Germany, Japan...... and if it's not that some ones dad died and need you to represent them here in the us and they will give 25% for the millions you are pulling out for them. STAY AWAY.
