    Did you fortify the kick panels? Theyre not sturdy enough by themselves.

    The easiest way is to pick up a Dynamat Wedge Pack. Theyre about $30 and have 4 square feet in them. Itll be enough to slap 2 layers on each kick.

    Then for good measure, run down to Walmart and pick up some non hardening modelling clay. I got 3 of the 5 pound packs. Slap it on over the Dynamat and that thing will resonate no more!

    Mac, how do you do your balance? Mine seems to sound best with the right side +1.

    I have the balance equal, but I have slightly different EQ settings for the right than the left. Its not the entire output of the speakers that is off but rather certain frequencies. Since the higher frequencies are more directional the right speaker being on axis more will have some issues. 4 KHz is the biggest trouble spot I have with a little trouble at 5KHz.

    Another thing to try, swap the polarity of one of the mids.

    Put on an AM radio station and take note of where the voice is. This is a mono signal so it should be centered well. If its difuse or you can hear it coming from a bunch of different spots, your mids are out of phase. Even though theyre wired up right, they can still be out of phase with each other because of where theyre mounted.
