My So-Called "Boss" is a punk...

I go into work today (Saturday) for a meeting on this big job comming in on Monday...I`m salary, so I don`t get paid for my time or services.

I lost my wallet this morning so I was late getting to the meeting with all the Craft supervisors, the Ship Mgr., the Port Engineer, and MSC (Military Sealift Command), Etc., and when I went in there were 20+ people staring at me like my fly was open...

I get asked a question about someThing that I spent alot of time researching,and had on my desk , with the print outs that I just did yesterday..

He just keeps looking at the papers in front of him, so I excuse myself and go to my office...

My desk is a mess and my drawers had been rifled through..

I go back into the meeting and tell them that I am prepared and that I have the info, I just had missplaced it .

After the meeting I go into my office and straighten out my desk and start searching fo rthe papers....

About an hour later the Ship Mgr. comes in and starts going over subs, and sub contacts, and the Lifeboat, raft issue comes up....and yep you guessed it...

THIS PUNK b*%$^% PULLS THE PAPERS OUT AND PRETENDS LIKE HE RESEARCHED IT AND IS HERE TO SAVE THE DAY..!!

After I looked like a shmuck in the meeting...


I lost it and told both of them to go pound salt, I don`t get paid for this sh^t...I`m Salary, even though they both got paid for being there...overtime at that, I was going home.....I took a box, through all the papers off of my desk and from the desk drawers into the box, and said as I was leaving, "you know where everything is, I`m outta here...If you have any issues or problems with that , tuff sh^t " !

You got my number if ya kant find whatever your looking for...... but don`t expect me to answer...it`s the weekend and I got tubes warming up waiting for me at home...

This kind of crap don`t float......It is noot the first time he has pulled this since I have been back, and Managment is aware of it, but do nothing...yet

They know all this and more, and are putting the screws to him more and more....but that`s as far as it will go




God I love my office rig !!!
As I type this, I`m already starting to feel better.......:o :p

No need to get mad...get even. If you really want to "fix" him, just leave reports around your office that have lots of errors in them and keep the real stuff hidden or locked away somewhere. That way, when bossman goes into his "save the day" routine, he'll be spouting off a bunch of wrong b.s. and looking like a fool.

I love this idea.. Talk about making someone look like a complete ass!! And when he came to the rescue, and had all this faulty information, I would throw his ass under the bus, then tell everyone the correct info..
