    Default Instead of jumpers, what about this idea?

    Ran accross this and the idea seems interesting. The only down side I can think of is if you switch speaker cables a lot and want to keep a favorite set of jumpers installed.
    Of course you could intergrate the jumpers once you have chosen your cables de jour.
    Any thoughts?

    Personally I make my own jumpers with spades on one end and bananas on the other ...

    They're clearly better then the metal strips and they don't have to be touched when changing speakers ...

    Quite a few cable companies actually make cable based jumpers so, as you said, constant cable switchers can enjoy the luxury of trying new cables.

    I still like the look of your design though.
