Tweeter closeout sales (from North Dallas store):

Not sure if other area stores have these deals or not, but the one by me at Tollway and Spring Valley (near the Galleria) had these polk offerings:

Lsi 7s for $377 a pair (after much discussion)
Lsi 9s for around $490 a pair
Lsi 15s for around $808 a pair

They had a couple boxes of each. The prices are all jacked up, some guy got 9s for $436/pr and they had the 7s marked at $495. Makes no sense. They aren't really haggling right now but worth a looksy. Prices will continue to drop until they close the doors sometime in June.

BTW, these guys have no idea when they are closing, just say sometime in June. Also, they don't seem to understand what stores are closing when. Usually, the biggest store will get all the other stores' stuff but they are clueless as to whether that is the case or not.

At the location you mentioned as of around 1:30PM today, there are still some demo LSi9's left (cherry), a pair of RTi12's, 1x left LSi15 black, 1x left LSi15 cherry, and some demo LSi7 cherry. There were also some FXi3 and JBL L series. I did not check for RTi8's, 10's, or CSi3's or 5's. Store was busy.

Prices have gone up! They used to negotiate but management have clamped down. Try asking for a 10% discount for open box.

LSi9 = $499
LSi7 = $450
LSi15 = ??? (I'm guessing $375 per speaker)
LSi12 = ??? (I'm guess $700 for a pair)

Speaker discounts are currently 50% off. I believe they're opening up at noon on Sunday and 10AM on Memorial Day.
