    Default Monitor series 2

    OK...I could work, or I could ponder really important issues. Over the past year I have seen a couple dozen vintage monitors for sale, ranging from 12s down to the 4s. With only 1 exception, they have all been with Sl200, sl1000 or peerless tweets. Only one was apparently series 2 with the sl2500 as shown on the Polk vintage product listing. How come? Just not that many in comparison? People not selling them (seems unlikely)?

    I think the Monitor 10 series 2 was only offered for a year or two. I own a pair and I think they are the best Monitor of the series. Even then, the RDO tweeter is a substantial upgrade over the SL2500.
