LSi is better. Get 15's and dont look back. Continue with rest of 7.1

I have not heard the rti, but I have 4 LSi15s, LSiC, and a PSW1000. I love it. I just bought a Sony 3100ES DVD player, and it is a great sounding CD player. I put the HT receiver into multi-stereo mode and the sound comes out all 4 LSi15s and just sounds great.

ive listen to both recently and the lsi15 are def better the clarity on the mids and highs are much clearer. but you need a powerful amp for them to work well. if you use a receiver most likely you will not hear there full potential. i think the rti12's have a little more bass.

He would also need a powerful amp to get the best out of the 12's as well!

don't get too hung up on watts,,make sure that you get an amp with plenty of current, I positioned mine straight at me,and with the proper source, the imaging can be amazing--good luck :)

there 2 different speakers. the rti line is more for home theater, although i love them for music as well. the lsi is more musical. they have really different highs. but as power hungry they both have a big appetite
