I Lost 55lbs since Jan 1st, Atkins all the way, I have to loose 95 more or I will be burried in my 1.2's by the time i'm 55

That's cause you're young. I've been on Atkins since January 2, strictly I might add and have only lost a bit over 20 lbs. If I were thirty and more active I would have lost at least 55. . .your doing good there Bro keep it going. . .shoot I may not recognize you.

I need to start using my exercise bike again. I had to buy a new seat for it, Last year when i was using it I reached for my water bottle that was on the floor and I cracked the seat in half, and I fell off the side. LOL
