Doing some long overdue maintenance on my CEC CD-3300 CDP, figured I'd take a few nudie shots. Note in pic 3 the black square thingy under the transport; don't know what it is, but it feels like a ceramic tile--wierd.

What maintenance are you performing? Not much other than perhaps lubing the transport. Nice looking unit (of course I'm referring to the cdp).

Cool pics. That was a nice CDP. Sounded pretty good even without a DAC.
