    what is everyones opinion on this as a stand alone speaker?

    Really good sounding mids and clean highs.
    I really like how they sound and plan on getting me a pair this year.

    I've had mine for almost 3 years. I'm still very happy with them! I listen to everything for acoustic music to prog metal. If they're too bright for some, that hasn't been a problem for me.

    For more serious listening (extra loud when the family is out) I usually end up the stereo mode in combo with a sub (SVS 25-31 PCi). Periodically I toggle the sub on and off on my receiver. The differences are very subtle.

    Just played some Mobe at very high levels last week, and they kept up GREAT. Not a top of the line speaker for some, but for me, they totally blow anything I've ever had speaker wise out of the water! And they sound great in HT... the main area for us.

    Go for them. You won't be disappointed for the money.

    Damn straight awesome. Cause I want to use a tube integrated with them and I'm getting a smoking price.


    Whats with the rti6? I was at futureshop and hadnt seen them in person before and those are a DAMN big bookshelf.

    I work for a dealer and the store owner is selling me them to get them outta the warehouse from a cancelled order
