Hey kim, My mm120 sub receives the high's when playing, but only when I push in on the sub is when it plays lows. All contacts are fine within the speaker, should I replace? Is it blown?

I would recommend returning the sub to our service department
for exchange. The address is Polk Audio 2550 Britannia Boulevard
