Default Box volume to account for sub displacement

Hi. I'm currently working on a sealed enclosure for:
    - 8-inch Momo Sub, SVC

The Polk website and owner's manual suggest a sealed box with 0.35 ft^3 internal volume.

Does this volume already account for the displacement of the sub itself? In other words, do I actually need to design the box a bit bigger (say, 0.4 ft^3 internal volume) to account for the volume displaced by the sub itself? If so, what volume should I use for this sub, to arrive at the final desired box volume?

Looking forward to any feedback. Thanks!

The spec is for .33 total box volume. You dont have to add anything for the sub.
