Has anyone played this yet on 360 or PS3? I'd like to buy it but if it’s no better than the previous versions, I'll save my money.

I have it for the 360 and it is much different than previous EA offerings. it is much more sim-like, which may turn off a lot of people because the cars are much harder to control now. In fact, without a wheel, it was too hard for me to play. You pretty much have to set up your car like a lot of the pc sim games like the old Papyrus racers.

I like it but only because I have a wheel. The presentation is kinda lacking, and the racing is less arcade this year.

I'd say rent it first. Some love it, others hate it..
