MM2084 - Appropriate amount of power to feed it with

Just picked up a RF Punch 325.1 sub amp for a good deal. It's rated at 175 W x 1 into a 4 ohm load... but, the spec sheet for the amp shows it puts out ~240W rms into 4 ohms at 14 V.

Is this going to be too much for the MM2084? I says it's rated at 200 w rms...

I guess I wasn't expecting the RF amp to be underrated quite so much.

FWIW, I'm building the suggested 0.35 ft^3 sealed box for the MM2084. Don't intend to push the sub really hard... just want it to fill out the bottom end nicely.

Thatll work just fine. Set the gains properly and pay attention to the volume and youll be fine.
