    Question Audiosource Amps?

    Hey guys. Does anyone have any experience with these Amps? I am most curious about the Amp2. I'm thinking of getting an HK AVR 320 or 520 and using this with the pre-outs for the mains for 2 channel listening and also to run my outdoor speaks. I will probably go ahead and buy 2 so I can use the other for 7.1. I currently have an HK AVR 120 and just need more power...and these things look really groovy (match needle outputs meters)

    Not a bad idea.......AudioSource makes decent, inexpensive amps. I'd also consider an AMC amp as well.

    V/U's are the shee-at.

    I ALWAYS use an ass-gasket. Never hover because of splash down and back splatter. I also float landing pad made from TP for a soft landing to avoid the above. One can never be too cautious when dealing with the general public. - RonP

    i got one of there 15" subs, and its not bad at all. they got a 200w built-in amp, good stuff for the money
    . rt-7 mains
    rt-20p surounds
    cs-400i front center
    cs-350 ls rear center
    2 energy take 5, efects
    2- psw-650 , subs
    1- 15" audiosource sub

    lets all go to the next ces.

    I have two of the Amp One/A's. They are both bridged for the 200 watt output for each amp in 8 ohms. While I can't say exactly what the difference is between the One/A and the Amp Two, besides the level meters and the auto on/off feature, they do have the exact same power rating.
    I happen to like them, low profile, clean face, decent power and they don't bust your budget.
    If you do get one, either the One/A or Amp Two, make sure you have plenty of ventilation. Both of mine are set up in open areas, not stacked, and they get plenty warm.
    I purchased mine from audiovideoshopper.com for $180 each and was very pleased with the way they handled the transaction and packaging. They also sell AMC.

    Cool...and thanks for the heads up about stacking...I'll have to figure out how I can avoid that...might be time for some new furniture.
