    Default CS400i Black adhesive coating

So I went to sell a Polk Audio speaker to a guy but the deal fell through. The problem I run into is that it is around 105 degrees this week and that time it was in my trunk caused the black taping near the front of the speaker to peel back along the top front edge and the two sides but not along the bottom and lost its adhesive edging, I think it shrank a bit to. Needless to say I was more then a little pissed but thought of these forums and figured someone might have a resolution.

I am sure i will have to knock $100 off the going price now but would still like to fix the speaker so it doesn't look so tacky. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Youch!! Maybe a heat gun to soften it and allow you to re-mold it?
