Trip to best buy...

I've stayed away from electronic stores for awhile but stopped at a best buy today. I decided I want:

1080P 58" plasma
high definition camcorder
laptop that weighs 2.7 pounds with a really nice screen
tiny tiny 720p projector
ear buds
hi definition dvd player
10" widescreen picture frame

About $10K for the whole mess. I figure with what I saved by walking out empty handed I can pretty much keep paying my bills... :D

Maybe for a bedroom display, being that he added the 720p projector Im guessing depending on model you can get at least 100" picture out of it. Not sure why you'd go 720p when the 1080p models can be had at just a tad over 2k bucks. Window shopping can be fun though.

Window shopping, yes. The 720p because that is what I saw. Its cool because it was only maybe 9" x 7" x 4" and weighed absolutely nothing. The 58" because my room is very small. My current 50" is plenty big enough.

i heard best buy has a bad customer rating. i would shop around befour buying from them. just some advice

I can hold back at best buy (sometimes). It's tweeter that kills me.

I agree with that! Been to their website lately? They try to force you to go to their store(s) just to see if they have anything in stock at the two local stores they have here (much less anywhere else). Like I want to drive out of my way to visit one of their stores to find out they don't have what's on their website in stock. Ah, yeah, sure... I'm guessing they're going to high pressure you into buying something different. I e-mailed them and told them they just lost another customer and that I'll buy online instead.
