For that price I could use a pair in the bathroom :) I called...no answer...left message. I am within 50 miles....and am driving up north for the SRT's tomorrow anyways

I was the first caller for the srs's ( Thanks avguytx...I only had to pay 100 more...premium poo :) ) ...told him I would stop by tomorrow to look at them....somebody else called 5 minutes later and offered 600...he called me back saying he had an offer for 600 but since I was first he would let me have them for 600 and he would tell all future callers they were sold. I said fine....sold for 600. Original owner...says pristine shape...original SDA cable...manuals...etc. If so they are worth 600

If so I have new bathroom speakers ;) My truck is BIG but I dont think I have enough room on the return trip for both the SRS's and the SRT's...gonna have to leave the SRS's at my friends house to pick up later, cause the SRT's are coming home with ME !

I specifically asked him who the second caller was :) ..didn't want it to be someone from the forums...it was some guy from Sacramento ( So he said...I didnt argue...he was a nice guy and kept apologizing so much for going from 500 to 600....the extra 100 was no big deal ) I had a pair of 1.2TL's many years ago , and regreted selling them ( They went when I was buying my new house ).

The SRT's are the ones I really want to play with....if for some reason I dont have a real use for the SRS's I will give you first dibs ( In the for sale section of course to keep with forum rules :) ) Gonna be a busy day tomorrow

well, how much is a nice pair of original SRS's with the cable worth? I will probably sell mine since I have JBL L300, 2.3tl and SRS.

I will be paying 600 for an original owner set with cable/manual in the morning....I thought that was a decent price.

I paid $1258.00 for my Beat to hell pair. That price of $600 is unheard of. Shadowofnight got really lucky. The going price is $1500 to $2500.00 depending on how good of condition they are in and if there are any upgrades already installed. (like new Tweeters & new Caps & Resistors)

I had awesome luck with the first stop...horrible luck with the second stop. The first stop was for the SRS's....absolutely pristine....as if he had pulled them out of the box last week...with manual...IC cable...grills are perfection...still tight as a guitar string not one snag...wood is perfection...I have absoloutely nothing to do to these...perfection. Paid my 600 and had an ear to ear grin like a kid on christmas morining.

The SRT stop went bad ( Details in the SRT thread )
