Default how to burn a "coming soon" preview disc

i work at the local video game store here and my manager knows i know my computers. he wants me to burn a disc with a bunch of previews for the new games coming out this season because we are all sick of hearing what the company puts out. i've honestly never thought about doing this,so my question is this:

how would one burn a disc with the demo's that a ps2 can read?

thanks to anyone with any ideas.

What type of file structure are you talking about?

Say if you want to get .avi files. Then you can convert those .avi to a dvd type file and burn it to disk.
