FXi3 speaker question.

I am setting up a 19x12 room and want to use 4 FXi3 speakers in a 7.1 setup for both the surround and back speakers. The speakers will be mounted on the side and back walls. The surround speakers are going to be 6’10” high and 3’4” from the back wall. The rear speakers are going to be 6’7” high and 4”7” from the sidewalls, leaving 10” between the rear speakers. I have a door and window on the back wall so I cannot mount them further apart, I have about 7” above the door and window. Do you think this setup will work ok? Suggestions please.

It looks pretty good to me, especially because I have to put speakers where the room (and the wife) allows, rather than where they may be "best" located. You should be fine with that.
I like the FX series of surrounds, I have two myself; four of them should be sweet.
The rear surrounds may be a tad close to each other, just remember to calibrate them with your AVR (or whatever you use) and a SPL meter. You could always try an inwall speaker for the rears as well, or go with something like an RTi4 (turned sideways) above the window. Lots of choices, really.

RTi4's above the window and door is my second choice. I want to use the FXi3s if they will work ok 10" apart on the back wall centered between the door and window.

By all means, give the FXi3s a shot. Better still, try both if you can, and keep whichever ones sound best.
