Need help in finding a receiver and projector for my Polk speakers

I am a newbie and need some help with a receiver and a projector. I have

a sharp 52 inch 1080p lcd tv (sharp 52d92u)
set of polk monitor 70s, set of polk monitor 40s and set of polk monitor 30s,
a polk psw 10 sub and also a velodyne vrp 1200 sub

Can you guys please suggest a projector/screen and receiver which I can use for the long run.

The basement is 23 x 15 and the living room is 16 x 16.

I would put the tv in the living room and the projector in the basement. I want to use the multi-zoning capabilities of the receiver so that I can run both the setups in the living room and the basement from one place (maybe the basement). I can buy another set of speakers for the living room. OR I can run a stereo setup in the living room and a 5.1 setup in the basement. If it is too complicated to use the multi zoning I can buy a HTIB for either the living room or the basement.

Think separate systems.......multi zoning rigs are really only good for when both will never be used at the same time, which counts out most 2 TV homes.

As for projectors, look into all technologies to see what fits your needs. LCD, DLP both have their places. Brands like Panasonic, Sony, BenQ, Optoma, Infocus all have nice units.
