Amp recommendations for DB804

I plan on getting 2 DB804-dvc 8" woofers to go in this qlogic(http://www.crutchfield.com/S-Tpv1wru...x?I=044CFFX296)
box that I already have. What amp would work good for this setup? I have a Fosgate p3001 amp that I could use, but not sure if it will be enough power.

The rest of my setup is 4 polk db coaxials powered by an old 200 watt alpine amp.

A good quality Class D amp making about 400 watts RMS at 2 ohms mono would be a good choice.
