    Polk speakers are Eastern Time Zone. I have to listen to them an hour earlier than I want to every night, so they stay coherent.

    No, only speakers that use 1st order crossovers and sloped or stepped baffles to offset the drivers can truly claim to be phase and time coherent.The 2 best known examples of brands that utilize this type of network are Theil and Vandersteen.Although they claim big audible advantages for their time and phase coherence designs,other well known designers like Linkwitz do not think it is a requirement.

    Was asking this question just to know.

    What is the change in the cross-over this year in the RTi A serie. Older polk speakers had a link to cross-over design.

    I believe that main change in the A series is the cabinet, however Polk also states, "Mylar bypass capacitors in the crossovers extend high frequency response and improve detail and transparency."
