I ordered 200' of Belden 5000UE and 12 locking nanners from them a few days ago. The box arrived today all beat up, one end partially opened and retaped. Inside the spool of cable and no nanners.
I called them and told them the issue. They apologized and are shipping out the nanners today. No, quibbling. No you need to file a claim with the post office. Just a quick response to the problem and getting me the parts that I was missing.
While this is the way it should be. It doesn't seem to happen like this very often anymore. Just wanted to give the guys at Blue Jeans Cable a big thumbs up for the way they handled my little issue.
