I need your advice. I'm saving some money now. I want to get a center speaker but I would like to know which one is good match for RTA 11t?

CS400/400i is a great match but you'll need to keep an eye out on the FM, ebay, etc. for it, they are discontinued. If you want new, CSi5 is probably your best choice

How old are the cs400s? Is CSi400 different? And how much should I be asking?

Have heard them with a newer CSi5 and sounded very nice....have yet to hear the 400.... but I do have the ls350cs and it sounds great with my speakers which are not RTA's

will the CSi40 match with your RTA's, as it does match some of the RTA speakers...not very familiar with the RTA line
