Settings for R50's

I am curious what the best receiver settings I should use for the following setup:

2 R50's front
1 CSR center
2 old Optimus Pro LX5's surrounds
1 old PSW100 Sub
Panasonic SA-HE70 Receiver

Should the R50's be set to Small or Large? (set to small?)

The filter settings available on the receiver are 100, 150 & 200 (set to 100?)

I would set the R50s to small and 100hz sounds good.
